Commissions
I am available to do commissioned paintings based on specific animals or even as 'generic' standard examples.
Many commissions don't need any payment first but unique ones or multiple animals will need 1/2 payment first.
Basic steps in having a commission artwork done;
- email me and let me know your ideas
- attach photos to email
- I'll reply with some more information
- some works may need 1/2 payment first
- I'll show you finished photo and send paypal invoice

Acrylics on canvas can vary in size, time involved and complexity so I'll leave it up to the person to contact me with their ideas. I will reply with a price for whatever size and ideas were discussed.
Prices for the acrylic on canvas paintings are more than for the watercolour & ink on paper paintings. Three different sizes are shown below. You might wish different sizes than shown there so please email me what size you were wanting. .
With commissions, I require 1/2 payment before starting. You can visit my ebay auctions to see over 2700 positive marks and 100% positive feedback if you need some assurance that I am trustworthy.
Smaller acrylic on canvas paintings can be completed within about a month but larger ones often take up to 5 months or longer (it depends on the size and complexity... most animal painting won't take that long though). When working on acrylics on canvas, I work on many paintings during the same time and I work a bit on a painting when I really feel like working on that piece. There's no other way to do it than work on paintings when I feel like adding to them.

This mailer is much better than any I've seen at the post office which are just thin cardboard. This Jiffy rigi-mailer resists creasing and jabs with a pencil that cause dents to normal corrogated cardboard |

These are larger and so packed inside a protective plastic bag between two sturdy fibre boards and then wrapped in a corrogated cardboard layer. This adds cost to packing and shipping and so packing / shipping costs must be determined for each purchase. I will let you know after you contact me about this size. |

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the package and it's destination. Generally they are within $20 US to $30 US for mid-sized packages goign to many places in the US. Please email me with any questions. |
